Finance

The Finance department is responsible for all the financial functions of Council including:
  • Financial planning
  • Procedure and policy development
  • Annual Budget development and review
  • Financial reporting

In addition they manage day-to-day functions including:

  • rates
  • accounts payable and receivable
  • loans
  • trusts
  • insurance, and
  • assets
