A sketch of your Food stall is a mandatory requirement.
Include the locations of the following:
· Cooking equipment
· Hand washing and cleaning facilities
· Service area
· Waste disposal, and
· Flow of food from raw to cooked
Note: Where a food stall is erected on unsealed ground a suitable impervious material shall be laid over the ground area of the stall.
