A joint lease is offered between the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley and a private owner comprising two adjacent areas of irrigated agricultural land totaling 66ha, located to north of East Kimberley Regional Airport. Established for horticulture purposes the land includes channels, drains, channels tops, culverts and has access to irrigation water.
Initial lease term length of 5 years starting immediately with scope to negotiate extensions. A rental fee of $300 per ha per annum (negotiable) is sought.
