By subscribing to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley SMS service you agree to:

• Receive SMS messages from the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley.
• Acknowledge that the mobile telephone network in this area can sometimes be unreliable. The SMS Service relies on telecommunications networks to send messages and delivery cannot always be guaranteed. There are a range of reasons why you may not receive a message including network coverage issues, your phone being turned off or on silent, or your inbox being full.
• SMS notifications should not be fully relied on as they may not be received in a timely manner.
• Not every event notification will be delivered via SMS.
• The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is not the only provider of emergency response alerts or road closure alerts. Please also monitor WA Police, Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) and Main Roads alerts. 
• The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley reserves the right to discontinue this service at any time. Any decision to discontinue this service will be advised via this SMS service
• You have the right to unsubscribe from this service at any time, to unsubscribe please notify the Shire of Wyndham in writing, via email at  mail@swek.wa.gov.au, or mail to PO Box 614, Kununurra WA 6743. Please DO NOT attempt to unsubscribe via replying to an SMS notification.
• The SMS Service is a no reply service.
