SALARY:                               $86,309 per annum. Salary includes superannuation and allowances

The Position

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for:

  • Contributing and providing high quality communication, marketing and governance services and support on behalf of the Shire and identify opportunity in the area of marketing for the organisation;
  • Contributing to ensure the Shire meets its statutory obligations in a timely manner;
  • Contributing to the professional, efficient and effective communications of the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley with respect to coordinating the implementation of the Shire’s corporate communications plan, media management and coordinating civic functions and events; and
  • Contributing to the development, implementation and achievement of the Corporate Business Plan.


Other Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to submit a National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months) and copies of qualifications (where relevant) in order to be eligible for the position.
