The Position

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Officer to join the Shire’s Infrastructure team.

The Infrastructure Technical Officer will be responsible to assist the Manager Engineering Services in the planning and management of the Council’s Capital Works Program delivering roads, drainage, footpaths, carparks etc., to ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of works on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and will proactively look to implement industry best practice where possible.


Other Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, submit a National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months), provide a current WA Manual ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and copies of qualifications (where relevant) in order to be eligible for the position.
