The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced/qualified parties and individuals for the operation of a café at the East Kimberley Regional Airport Terminal.
The café is primarily to cater for passengers arriving to and departing from the airport, however potential operators are encouraged to provide a service that can also cater for businesses and staff that work within the terminal and surrounding airport precinct. The café has an area of 177m², including kitchen/service area, indoor dining and alfresco area.

Submissions must be clearly marked with the EOI number and title “EOI 01 21/22 - Lease of Café at East Kimberley Regional Airport Terminal” and placed in a sealed envelope and lodged with the Shire either directly to the Shire Administration Office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra or emailed to mail@swek.wa.gov.au
The deadline for submissions is 2pm (WST) Friday 10 September 2021.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Councillors or employees will disqualify respondents from the EOI process.
