Proposed Disposition of Land (Lease) – Café at East Kimberley Regional Airport, Peter Reid Drive, Kununurra

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley proposes to lease the café at the East Kimberley Regional Airport Terminal, being part Lot 200 on Deposited Plan 66654, to Timothy McClintock for a period of 5 years for the permitted purpose of café.
The land has an area of 177m², and Council has resolved $17,500 per annum (excluding GST) to be a true indication of the fair market value of the land as at 28 September 2021. Accordingly, the proposed lease will be subject to an annual lease fee of $17,500 plus GST and variable outgoings and subject to annual CPI rent reviews.
