The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is committed to supporting not-for-profit, community-based sporting, cultural, environmental, service groups and associations. This support is to foster high-quality programs, community events, facilities and services that benefit the community, in alignment with the Council's Strategic Community Plan.
The Community Grant Program aims to assist local community groups/organisations that make positive contributions to the quality of life within the local government area.
The annual grant round will open for applications on Monday, 6 September 2021 and close on Friday, 15 October 2021. Late applications will not be accepted.
Please email your application forms to our Community Grants and Events Officer at events@swek.wa.gov.au, or hand it in person at the Kununurra Shire Administration Office. If you are looking to apply for a facilities grant, please email your project description to the Community Grants and Events Officer, and you will be sent the application form.
