Annual General Meeting of Electors

In accordance with section 5.29 and 5.55 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley hereby gives local public notice of the availability of the Annual Report for 2019/20 and the Annual General Meeting of Electors.

The Annual General Meeting of Electors will take place at 5:00 pm on Tuesday 2 February 2021 at the Kununurra Council Chambers as per Council decision 118361 of the 15 December 2020 Ordinary Council Meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is for the presentation of the Shire’s 2019/20 Annual Report which contains a report from Shire President David Menzel and CEO Vernon Lawrence, Strategic Community Plan, Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report.

The Annual Report was endorsed by Council at the December 2020 Ordinary Council Meeting. Members of the public are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Read the full report here.
