Annual Returns and Related Party Disclosure Register
Under the Local Government Act 1995, Council Members and designated employees are required to lodge primary and annual returns disclosing prescribed financial interests.
The Shire publishes the names of Council Members and position titles of employees who have lodged these returns, in accordance with regulation 29C of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996.

Councillor Training and Professional Development Register
Council Members are required to undertake prescribed training under section 5.126 of the Local Government Act 1995.
The Shire publishes annual reports detailing training completed by Council Members in accordance with section 5.127.
