Squash Courts

The Kununurra Leisure Centre has three squash courts available for hire. Any person may book a court up to 48 hours in advance and one court per person is able to be booked at any one time.

Squash Memberships

6 months - $255.00

Fees and Charges

Half an hour (per person) - $7.50

An hour (per person) - $11.50

Junior half hour  (15 years and under) - $5.50

Junior per hour (15 years and under) - 7:50

Hire of viewing area - not for profit / non-government and youth service providers (per hour) - $32.00

Hire of viewing area - Government / Commercial (per hour) - $55.00

Squash Club - Court and Viewing Area - Per Hour - $50.00

Multipurpose Courts

Multipurpose courts are available for hire and can be used for a variety of sports including basketball, netball and tennis. There are three sets of outdoor courts set up for Basketball, Netball and Tennis all year round. To hire the courts please contact staff at the Leisure Centre.  A fee per court, per hour for hire is applicable and a bond is required for the use of the keys. This bond is returned to you on return of the keys within a 24 hour timeframe, please note that if the keys are not returned within 24 hours of the hire you will lose the bond. The facilities may be hired at night for an additional cost.

Beach Volleyball

Beach volleyball facilities are available for use poolside at the Leisure Centre for a pool entry fee (see fees and charges above). Everything is set up ready for you to use and there are also BBQ facilities available free of charge.

Hall and Auditorium

The main hall is an ideal venue for a wide range of sporting and leisure activities that take place at the Centre. The Hall has a stage area enabling the presentation of concerts, stage shows and a variety of well-known performers. The hall can cater for up to 600 people and has some sporting facilities such as mobile basketball hoops within the area to use. To use this facility please complete a booking form which can be obtained from the leisure centre.

Forms and Conditions of Hire

The Kununurra Leisure Centre administers the hire of on-site facilities as well as off-site facilities such as ovals, multi-purpose courts and parks.
