The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is launching a community scorecard survey on Thursday, 18 March 2021. The scorecard will enable community members to rate the overall satisfaction with Council’s customer service and make comments and suggestions on the broad range of services and facilities the Shire provide, from the maintenance of roads, planning, community services, recreational facilities, footpaths and public open spaces, to rubbish collection, emergency management, communications and everything in between.

Shire President, David Menzel, is encouraging community members to take the scorecard as it is an important snapshot of what the community needs and how the Shire can improve their services.

“This scorecard is pivotal for the Shire as it informs the organisation of the direction it should head and what it needs to improve on,” said Cr Menzel,

“It will also provide the opportunity for community members to advise on what they would like to collectively prioritise. Those priorities will enable the Shire to understand community needs, set plans in motion and seek the appropriate funding to ensure it comes to fruition.”

I would like to encourage all community members to take this quick scorecard survey and share it with your family and friends”.

Printed scorecards have been delivered to PO Boxes within the Shire and will also be made available on the Shire’s website, administration office and all social media platform. The scorecard survey is being conducted by Catalyse, an independent company, on behalf of the Shire. Responses will remain confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act.

The survey will close on Monday, 19 April 2021. For more information, please email mail@swek.wa.gov.au or contact the Shire on 08 9168 4100.
