At the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley we understand that losing a pet can be a traumatic experience so we encourage the community to report any lost or found pets to ensure you are reunited with your pet as soon as possible.
- To help keep pets safe, all pet owners are required to microchip and register their cat or dog with the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley.
- Remember, keep your contact details updated for both council and microchip registrations to give your pet its best chance of returning home. Updating contact details needs to be done separately.
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley promotes responsible pet ownership and seeks to increase community knowledge and awareness regarding pet care. As a result, the Shire has implemented the Domestic Animal Management Plan.
