To be eligible for inclusion in the Shire’s instalment program, ratepayers must pay the first instalment amount shown on their rates notice by Friday, 21 August 2020. Instalment reminder notices will be issued for all ratepayers who pay the first instalment by 21 August 2020.
Part-payment or late payment of the first instalment will result in being excluded from the instalment program and full payment of rates will be required. Instalment reminder notices will not be issued.
The Shire must receive rates payments by the due date. Please consider this when choosing your method of payment and the time required for the payment.

The Shire is offering rates payment incentive prizes for ratepayers who:
• pay their rates in full by the due date;
• pay on time by instalments or;
• by special payment arrangement.

Council has adopted a COVID-19 Financial Hardship policy. If you wish to apply for financial hardship incurred as a result of COVID-19, please go to the Shire’s website and download the policy and application form or contact the Rates Officer for further information.
