Run as an incorporated not for profit club, we practice World Taekwondo Federation style taekwondo and are associated with the Chungdokwan Taekwondo school. Our club practices a mix of traditional taekwondo and sport taekwondo offering self-defence, poomse, sparring, wood breaking and much more in a fun and friendly atmosphere for six-year-olds and above.
