The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley (the Shire) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease and use of Area 3 at Tourism House, Kununurra.
The Shire is open to different operators and ideas. Preference will be given to proposals that make good use of this prominent location, provide a meaningful public-facing presence, complement and contribute positively to Tourism House and the wider Coolibah Drive civic and recreation precinct.
