We're pleased to share that Ivanhoe Crossing is officially OPEN!
This crossing can be dangerous due to slippery surfaces, fast-flowing water, and the presence of saltwater crocs.
A friendly reminder:
- No pedestrian access
- Vehicle load limit: 15 tonnes gross (not all vehicles can cross)
- If water is above the marks on the pillars, don’t cross
- Travel at a steady, low speed – don’t stop
These rules are in place to keep you safe. Please note the Shire isn’t responsible for any losses, damage, or injury.
