The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley proposes to lease the above property, being part Reserve 66554, Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 401069, to Ting Huang (Kimberley Asian Cuisine) for a period of 5 years with a further option of 5 years and the permitted use of restaurant.
The premises has an area of 128 m² and Market Net Rental Value of $36,480 (exclusive of GST) per annum, which equates to $285 per square metre exclusive of GST for the proposed lease. Accordingly the proposed lease will be subject to an annual lease fee of $36,480 plus GST and variable outgoings.
