Public Notice - Proposed disposition of land (Lease and Licence)
In accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley gives notices of the proposed disposition of:
Lease - Portion Reserve 51637 (Lots 504 and 505 on Deposited Plan 417422)
Licence - Portion Reserve 41812 (Lots 503 and 506 on Deposited Plan 417422)
To Kimberleyland Holiday Park Pty Ltd for the purpose of “caravan park and camping ground, boat launching, mooring and ancillary uses”. The proposed disposal price is $24,657 ex GST per annum, and term is 21 years.
