The Water Corporation is working to strengthen the abutments of the Kununurra Diversion Dam to secure its ongoing storage ability.
Heavy machinery and other vehicles will be moving around both sides of the dam during this work. Please avoid these areas for your own safety.
The works are due for completion early next year. Once complete, there will be a new public viewing area, on the Wyndham side of the dam, for visitors to enjoy the view.
