Photos wanted for Nature Play WA – Nature Passport Initiative.

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of six Shires to participate in Nature Play WA – Nature Passport Initiative.

Nature Play WA had successfully received funding from Lotterywest to launch this initiative. As such, the Shire is seeking information and photos of the following iconic nature-rich places within East Kimberley: 

  • Upper Ord River
  • Lake Argyle Dam Wall
  • Bastion Range / Five Rivers Lookout
  • Mirima National Park
  • Celebrity Tree Park
  • Marlgu Billabong

Images of animals (Fresh Water Crocodiles, Salt Water Crocodiles, Catfish, Birdlife, and Dragonflies) and Boab Trees within these iconic places are ideal.
