The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley wishes to advise of the following road closures due to heavy rainfall in the area:
• Kalumburu Road
• Port Warrender Road
• Valentine Spring Road
• Parry Creek Road
This closure is in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, section 3.50.
Road users are reminded that the Shire may close other roads within the Shire from time to time depending on weather and road conditions. Information as to the current road conditions can be found at: https://www.swek.wa.gov.au/…/roads-dra…/road-conditions.aspx
Road users are reminded that travelling on a closed road is an offence under the Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2003 section 2.19.
