Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley intends to dispose of land by Sale.
PROPERTY: A 3108 square metre parcel of land from Lot 200 on Deposited Plan 66654, Peter Reid Drive, Kununurra (East Kimberley Regional Airport)
SELLER: Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley
BUYER: Ian Petherick and Alma Petherick
PURPOSE: For aviation related development by Kimberley Helicopter Maintenance Pty Ltd.
SALE PRICE: $385,000 (inc GST)
VALUATION: Sale value of between $341,880 - $512,820 (inc GST).
Copies of the disposition of the land by sale can be inspected at the Shire Admin Centre 20 Coolibah Drive Kununurra or on the Shire website at www.swek.wa.gov.au. Submissions on the proposed disposition are required to be made in writing and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer by Friday 14 April 2023.
Submissions should be marked ‘Disposal (Sale) of part Lot 200’ and addressed to Vernon Lawrence, CEO, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra WA 6743 or emailed to mail@swek.wa.gov.au clearly stating ‘Disposal (Sale) of Part Lot 200’ in the subject field.
