Proposed disposition of land – Lots 401 & 402 on Deposited Plan 223234, Pearse Street, Wyndham.
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley proposes to dispose of the above properties to Paul Cavanagh.
Following an expression of interest process, a Council resolution was made to accept the offer received from Paul Cavagnah to purchase the land for a combined price of $24,000 (Minute Number: 22/03/2022 – 118611).
The land (both lots) was valued at $10,000.00 (excluding GST) which has been determined to be a true indication of the fair market value of the land as of 22 March 2022 and has a total area of 1366 square metres (683 square metres per lot).
If you wish to lodge an appeal against this disposal, please make a submission to the Shire by Friday 1 July 2022.
Submissions should be marked ‘Disposal of Lots 401 & 402 Pearse Street’ and addressed to Vernon Lawrence, CEO, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra WA 6743 or emailed to mail@swek.wa.gov.au clearly stating ‘Disposal of Lot Lots 401 & 402 Pearse Street’ in the subject field.
