PUBLIC NOTICE: FEES AND CHARGES FOR 2023-2024
Notice Pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley intends to impose new Fees and Charges for the 2023-24 financial year.
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley’s Schedule of Fees and Charges for 2023-24 was adopted by the Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 18 April 2023. These charges will take effect as of 1 July 2023, or in the case of some aerodrome fees and charges, 1 January 2024.
