The Shire is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the design and construction of residential housing in Kununurra. The Site is zoned Residential under Local Planning Scheme No. 9 (LPS 9), has an R-Code of R30, is 5,261 m2 in extent and is fully serviced (sewer, water, power, telecoms) to near the Site boundary.
This Request for Tender has two Separable Portions:
- Separable Porton 1: Siteworks (design and construct).
- Separable Portion 2: Modular Houses (design, manufacture, transport and install).
Respondents may respond to either Separable Portion or both Separable Portions.
The houses are to be modular / prefabricated and of attractive upmarket designs to fit in with the surrounding environment.

Potential respondents will need to register as a supplier with VendorPanel to access the Tender documents.
Clarification of Tender details must be in writing and sought via the respondent’s VendorPanel account, before 2:00 pm (AWST), Monday 28tht July 2025.
Tenders must be submitted via the respondent’s VendorPanel account www.vendorpanel.com.au
The Deadline for Applications is 2:00 pm (AWST), Monday 04th August 2025.
Tenders submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late Tenders will not be accepted.
The lowest, or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the Tender process.
