The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking tenders for the provision of Design and Construction services for approximately 200 metres of Laines Jones Road as part of the Airport Commercial Precinct Project.
The Works Under Contract (WUC) include road base, seal and conduit installation.
Details of the Tender package can be obtained on the Shire’s website www.swek.wa.gov.au/tenders
Potential respondents will need to register as a supplier with VendorPanel to access the Tender documents.
Clarification of Tender details must be in writing and sought via the respondent’s VendorPanel account, before 2:00 pm (AWST), Wednesday 30th July 2025.
Tenders must be submitted via the respondent’s VendorPanel account www.vendorpanel.com.au
The Deadline for Tenders is 2:00 pm (AWST), Wednesday 6th August 2025.
Tenders submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late Tenders will not be accepted.
The lowest, or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the Tender process.
