Expression of Interest - Lease over a portion of Foreshore Reserve 50468, Lot 509, Millington Drive, Kununurra
Expressions of Interest are invited for the lease over Lot 509 on Deposited Plan 66529, portion of Foreshore Reserve 50468, Millington Drive, Kununurra for the purpose of either water-based community, recreation or tourism on Lake Kununurra.
The lot size is 2134.38m2 with adjoining foreshore buffer of 446m2 available for licence. A lease tenure of 10 years will be offered for a proposal that is evaluated to be of long-term benefit to the East Kimberley region.
The lease will be between the successful applicant and the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley and it is subject to approval from the Minister for Lands.
The current market rental value is still to be determined.

Canvassing of Councillors or Shire Employees will disqualify the submission. Expressions of interest must be received no later than 4pm Monday 31 January 2022.
